4 OPTIONS OF RECORDING WORKING TIME

The employees' working time can be recorded in 4 different ways:
  • Physical time clocks connected to the HRMS
  • Online time tracking via the HR portal
  • Declarative time recording
  • Overtime reporting

Adequasys HRMS offers online time tracking and does not sell badge readers. The tool can therefore interface with an existing system of physical time clocks.

A MULTITUDE OF POSSIBLE CONFIGURATIONS

Define time cycles (mandatory or variable) for employees according to the tasks and workplaces. The data can be configured in many ways, according to your rules:
  • Working hours: legal duration, collective agreements, company agreements, annual working time, modulation, part-time work...
  • Working schedules: shift, night, fixed, variable...
  • Break time: compulsory breaks, with conditional duration, paid or unpaid breaks...
 

Advantageous integration with the Absences module

The days on which the employees do not work (holidays, illness, etc.) automatically appear in their work schedule. Transmit the working time information (overtime) directly to the payroll software in order to prepare the variable salary components.

 

Follow-up for anomalies, reduction of errors

Thanks to alerts, each manager can be notified of any anomalies in the time tracking of their employees:
  • Number of odd recordings
  • Off-cycle recording (too early or too late)
  • Too short a break
  • Missing time tracking
  • Maximum number of hours in a day exceeded
The manager can then allow concerned employees to correct or change their recordings through a validation process.
 

Consult the automatically calculated counter data

All data is available in the form of a dashboard, time tracking report, statistics and monthly statements. These can all be exported to Excel. Adequasys HRMS allows you also to manage time management issues for multi-companies, multi-sites and multi-collective agreements.
