A REPOSITORY FOR MAPPING THE COMPETENCIES OF YOUR ORGANISATION

On the basis of your competencies repositories, link competency profiles to trades, positions or jobs. Define the competencies to be assessed and how often. Determine the levels required in the short and long term, to compare them with your employees' competency levels.

All employees can visualise and evaluate the dimensions of their job or function using a network diagram. Job descriptions defined by HR and managers are fully configurable and provide a comprehensive view of business specifics and requirements.

 

Assess employee competencies

SELF-SERVICE CONCEPT AND SELF-ASSESSMENT

Designed according to competencies and jobs, the module's grids allow for a personalised assessment of your teams. Your employees can now assess and validate their competencies while formulating development requests specific to their career paths and trades. They can complete their assessment on their own in preparation for the interview.

The generation of competencies assessments can be automated. The manager can add a competency either by referring to the repository or by completing a non-referenced competency. It is possible to display graphically and simultaneously the profile of the position and the person. In this way, you can see whether the person matches the job or whether training would enable him or her to achieve the required level of competencies.

MANAGING, DEVELOPING AND CONSOLIDATING KNOW-HOW

Each of the "professional" competencies and functions are defined by a set of "criteria" concerning know-how and interpersonal skills, with a level of mastery and a weighting. By assessing and comparing the different jobs and needs, you can close any gaps that may exist by proposing training measures.

Visualise priority development areas, establish links with training resources and consolidate the competencies for a job profile, a position, a department, over a given period of time.
 

Promote internal mobility and talent development

The HRMS allows you to search in two directions:

  • either on an open position, to search for all the people with the necessary competencies for that position,
  • or to make a development proposal to employees, looking for positions that match their competencies level.

Simply search for all employees who have one or more predefined competencies. For example, all those who speak a certain language. The system ranks people by the relevance of the results (number of competencies mastered among that search).
