The generation of competencies assessments can be automated. The manager can add a competency either by referring to the repository or by completing a non-referenced competency. It is possible to display graphically and simultaneously the profile of the position and the person. In this way, you can see whether the person matches the job or whether training would enable him or her to achieve the required level of competencies.
