OVERVIEW OF THE ENTIRE TRAINING OFFER IN A REPOSITORY
A repository is a directory of all existing or future training courses, sorted by topic. Here you can search for courses using free-text search or filters. Thanks to the "Competences" module, you can find training courses to develop your know-how and specific skills.
INDIVIDUALISED COURSE CATALOGUES
Select from the repository the courses you want to be published for employees and managers. Create several catalogues with validity dates and classify them by topics, professions ... You can define access rights according to the target group (country, department, topic...).
A SIMPLE AND DECENTRALISED PROCESS
Training requests are recorded in four ways:
- via the catalogue, which is made available to employees and managers for individual course selection
- by request of a manager for his or her team after completion of the annual assessments
- based on competency gaps identified with the help of the "Competencies" module.
If a desired training activity cannot be found in the catalogue, employees can create a personalised training request. The manager can register team members individually or as collective. The HR department can also manage these requests on behalf of the employees.
The manager and HR are automatically sent a validation workflow. The manager is alerted of ongoing tasks and those that need to be processed in his HR portal.
Scheduling courses, sessions and enrolments

COLLECTIVE PROCESSING TO SAVE TIME
It is possible to enrol employees as a collective for training courses. Each time a change is made, an e-mail may be sent to the participants. Reminders can also be sent. Once all participants are enrolled, schedules and attendance lists can be printed for the course leaders.
EDM, ASSESSMENT AND E-LEARNING.
The HRMS allows you to send your employees digitised documents such as access maps, agreements and training certificates. Through the integrated EDM, you can also offer appropriate resources to participants. In the portal, employees can evaluate the training they have completed and find links to e-learning sites.

Based on training needs, training plans can be created, costs simulated and analysed by business unit, department, topic, etc. Once a path has been validated, you seamlessly monitor its implementation and, if necessary, transfer any actions that have not been implemented to the next plan.
