After more than 15 years at GDI, an IT services company in Geneva, where he was responsible for implementing a payroll software package and HR applications for Swiss clients, Jean-Pierre Coulin set up Adequasys, a service company specialising in IT for human resources, in 2000.
Adequasys is the publisher of an innovative web-based HR management solution that can be fully configured by the customer, is rapidly operational and multilingual. It enables processes to be managed from A to Z. It is used worldwide by our customers, in particular by Swiss private banks, industries and insurance companies (in France).
As a member of various professional associations in the field of human resources, Jean-Pierre Coulin's career path has given him extensive knowledge of HR and solid expertise in IT projects, particularly HR intranets and self-services. As a consultant, he has had the opportunity to work for a wide variety of HR clients: SMEs, large companies and multinationals, on all HR processes. He studied engineering in Paris (ESIEE certified in product design) and has worked in Switzerland and France. He continues to work as a senior consultant in the field of e-rh software applications.
